Ciao a tutti, improvvisamente due dei nostri Bot non stanno funzionando:
- Se l'input viene dal canale (WhatsApp) il Bot entra nella conversazione per poi subito uscire, ed lasciare la gestione da un agente umano (vedi allegato '1.PNG')
- Tramite la preview testuale, nel backend, riceviamo l'errore in oggetto (è solo la parte iniziale, il resto in allegato 'ERRORE CHAT PREVIEW').
Ormai è una settimana e non riusciamo a venirne a capo. Idee ??

Hi all, suddenly two of our Bots stop working:
- When input comes from the external channel (WhatsApp), the Bot leave soon the conversation and it's forwarded to agents (attachment '1.PNG')
- If we try to trigger the text preview, in background site, we get the error in subject (only the 1st part, the rest is in attachment 'ERRORE CHAT PREVIEW').
It's just a week, and we don't know what else to check. Any ideas ?

Dunque alla fine grazie al supporto interno abbiamo trovato la soluzione. Alcuni file di asset erano stati rimossi, e pertanto il Bot non riusciva a compilare ed attivarsi.

Finally we found the error! Some asset files have been removed, so the Bot was unable to compile and start.
