Starting with the Spring ‘26 release, Salesforce will disable the creation of new Connected Apps in all Orgs by default. Refer to this Help article for the announcement. Customers should begin using External Client Apps (ECAs) for new integrations with their Salesforce org instead of Connected Apps.
