Hi, I’m a test professional with 15 years of experience and I’m keen to upskill in Semantic AI and Agentic AI. Could you please recommend the most suitable courses or learning path in Salesforce for my background?

    With 15 years in testing, you already have strong analytical skills, which will help with Semantic AI and Agentic AI in Salesforce. 

     

    Start with Trailhead AI basics and Einstein GPT modules to understand AI in CRM and how to build prompt templates. Then move to Agentforce modules to create and test autonomous agents. 

     

    Focus on Flows and AI actions so you can automate processes and test AI outputs. Your QA expertise will be valuable for testing prompt accuracy, edge cases, and agent behavior. 

    This path sets you up to combine your testing experience with AI-powered automation in Salesforce.
