Hi Trailhead Community,
I’m working on the Data 360 and Agentforce badge in a Trailhead-provided playground. I completed the Data Streams and Identity Resolution steps successfully.
When I try to open the “Create Check-in Guest Event” flow in Flow Builder, I get this error:
Other flows in the org open without any issue. My user profile is Modified Standard User, and I can’t switch to System Administrator in this playground.
Is this flow intentionally read-only due to Data 360 / Data Cloud permissions in Trailhead playgrounds, and should we proceed by using the flow via Agentforce without opening it in Flow Builder?

Some of the Data 360 / Agentforce flows, like “Create Check-in Guest Event,” are read-only in the playground because of permissions and how Trailhead sets up the environment. You won’t be able to open or edit them in Flow Builder with a Modified Standard User profile.
The recommended approach is to use the flow via Agentforce as intended in the exercises. You can still complete the challenge and test the flow’s behavior through the Agentforce interface without opening it in Flow Builder.
