We have migrated tableau server to tableau 2022.6 version and configured everything as like earlier server. We build the tableau load balancer url and configured in Java application. When user has trying to run the reports through their java application it through message saying that "Could not locate unexpired trusted ticket"
If we configure the server name instead of load balancer in java application it is working and send token.
Is there anything we missed in config? any help is much appreciated!

Hi, would you check if the configuration key is set to the URL of the load balancer:
tsm configuration get -k gateway.public.host
