If you're using Tableau Server, you would know the IP address of your server (there's no way for us to tell you).

If you're using Tableau Cloud, you need to know your host (easy to figure out) and then read this : https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/en-us/publish_tableau_online_ip_authorization.htm
