Hoping the experts have some ideas because we have a major problem and the typical support solutions are not working. We have HA 3 node setup with Tableau 2021.4.2. The Administration Controller Service stopped working on the initial node last night for an unknown reason and we could not get it to start via server restart or command prompt. The error for windows services was "could not find file".
Next went to move TSM controller to another node. This resulted in an error after 5 minutes saying the zookeeper timed out code 10. We recieve the same message on both nodes.
Any ideas at all? Thank you ahead of time. Opened a case with Tableau but even with this being critical and the server is down we have a hard time waiting weeks for a response.

Kindly generate the Tableau server backup(use the below command) before performing any activity on the Tableau server
tsm maintenance backup --file filename -d
Make sure that no Antivirus is running on all of your 3 Nodes when your move the tsm to another node. if this doesn't work then Try up gradating the Tableau server to the latest.
