Since upgrading to Tableau Server 2021.4.3, we've been having an issue with tooltips not displaying the fields that are added into the Tooltip window when viewed on a dashboard. At my company, we have 3 Tableau environments, two of which were upgraded to 2021.4.3 and one that is still on 2021.3.6. The environment on 2021.3 has no issue whatsoever, but the two with 2021.4 will only display the static text that's entered into the Tooltip window and none of the fields that are inserted. Making this issue even stranger, if I publish the dashboard in a way that the sheet with the tooltip is exposed, initially the dashboard will not show all the details of the tooltip, but if you go to the sheet itself and hover the details will be shown, and if you then go back to the dashboard and hover they will display fine as well.

I've tried editing the tooltip a number of ways and republishing the dashboard, I've tried saving the dashboard from the working environment and publishing it to the non-working 2021.4 environment, I've tried restarting the server but nothing seems to make the tooltips display properly.
Any thoughts?

Hi, the failure in the tooltip are in vizzes with double axis graphs? If so this is a Tableau bug of the 2021.4.3 release. As a workaround, you can duplicate your viz in tooltip sheet (the one that would show in the tooltip, so you would have two identical sheets) then in the mark shelf of the main axis reference the first viz in tooltip sheet, and in the second mark shefl (double axis) reference the second viz in tooltip sheet (the one you duplicated).
