I would like to do that gradient effect in bars, but the only thing I got was color grading by value on each bar. Can you help me to do that on tableau?

Dunno why I'm doing this -- those gradients inside bars make no sense to me --
may be just to mention that there is one type of viz where gradient colours apply --
a Line Chart.
I've added to the workbook made by Shin.
