Our website where I plan on putting some tableau visualizations uses the Google font called 'Open Sans'. It seems that this font isn't installed on the Tableau Public server, which would be fine if the font that was substituted was OK. Turns out on windows PCs that the font that is substituted looks to be Times New Roman, which is not even close (serif font).
Is there a reason why the substitution is happening like this? Short of replacing open sans with something like Arial, is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for that link, although it does say: "Any non-supported fonts used in workbooks published to Tableau Public display in Arial" which you can see from my screenshot is untrue.
Given the limitations of formatting in storypoints we are going to go with Arial anyways since it won't match.
