Set up unique start page for each site on tableau server

Hi All,

 

I know how to set up a start page on tableau server for users but I can't seem to set up different start pages for different sites. Am I right in thinking this is not possible?

    Hi Stephen

     

    I believe the start page preference for each user is saved in the postgres DB in a column called start_page in the table user_prefs

    and Tableau Server :: tabcmd or tabadmin to Set default login page?

     

    As its stored like that, I believe its at the user level not user/site level, and therefore not possible.

    But, I have moved this thread to the Server area, in the hope that if its possible, someone in there can advise
