I enabled only server administrator to login Tableau Server by below tabcmd.
wgserver.authentication.restricted true
But, specific users who are not admin also need to login Tableau Server directly.
They have to be not administrator, but need to login Tableau Server(default 8000 port) directly. And I need that others have licences and can view Dashboard by only SSO in another page that is not Tableau Server.
I didn't find any solution by that URL. > tabadmin set options
Please advise.

I have no experience with this. Sounds like a local authentication scenario is necessary on the Tableau Server. However, I don't understand what is needed and what is not working.
