Does a 1 yr free student licensed Tableau desktop have ability to publish dashboards on a Tableau server or it can only publish on tableau public?

As per the FAQ's...
How do I access Tableau Online or Tableau Server?
The Tableau for Students program does not include access to Tableau Online or Tableau Server. Rather, Instructors administer their own Tableau Online site to use for the whole class, and then assign their students as Users on their site. Students can share their visualizations through the instructor's class site, and collaborate on projects. Please reach out to your instructor to have them request a Tableau Online site through the Tableau for Teaching program, and assign students as users.
