Hi Sunny, this usually means Salesforce is still creating the org behind the “Launch” button. A few things that normally fix it:
Give it a few minutes. New playgrounds and special orgs can take 5–10 minutes. Leave the tab open and let it auto-refresh.
Check the Salesforce status page (the “status page” link on that screen). If there’s an incident, you just have to wait it out.
Try a private/incognito window or another browser, and turn off ad blockers. They sometimes stop the page from loading.
Log in to the org directly. On the challenge page, open the org dropdown, choose your playground and click “Launch” again. Or get the username and password from the Playground Starter app and log in at login.salesforce.com.
Still stuck after 30 minutes? Create a new Trailhead Playground from the same dropdown and connect that one. Your earned badges won’t be affected.
