Hi! How do I connect new Help Agent to already created HelpPortal? I can't use the same portal name for new agent and can't find the Help Portal itself.

Hi Iuliia, have you checked Digital Experiences > All Sites in Setup? Your existing HelpPortal should be listed there. You can open it in Experience Builder and check the agent settings. No need to create another portal if you just want to use the new agent.
