Authentication Error on Named Credentials using TSP Accelerator

Hello, 

 

While going through the documentation of setting up the TSP External Client App, I am running into an error on the final steps - curious if anyone has experience with this and or ideas to troubleshoot.

    , appreciate the help. 

     

    I tried opening the

    Test-Only  Initialization URL

    link and was presented with a new error,( opened in an incognito window and normal) . Do you know if an integration or other user needs to be created to be able to login?
