We couldn’t find a role named 'Customer Support Rep'.

Hi @salman khan This error means Trailhead cannot find a role named Customer Support Rep in your selected Salesforce Playground.

Please check these steps:

1. Go to Setup → Roles → Set Up Roles.
2. Check whether the Customer Support Rep role exists.
3. If missing, create the role with the exact name.
4. Make sure the spelling and spaces are correct.
5. Verify that you're using the correct Trailhead Playground.
6. Save and run the challenge again.

Check the role name and selected Playground first. Even a small spelling difference can cause this error.
