There are several things you could try, and this would largely depend upon what kind of skills you wish to attain.
To accelerate learning, Salesforce offers few free Hands-on Workshops that provide some real-world scenarios to practice. You could choose from AIforce, Data360, Agentforce or Salesforce Admin security.
