Not able to see the related records when I open an email in gmail

Prior things to note :  

1. I have enabled gmail integration and sync in a sandbox environment. 

2. I have created a user with system admin profile and assigned the email tem 

plate pane as system default. 

Issues :  

1. Not able to see related records when I open an email in gmail ( screen shot attached) 

2. not able to see email pane.
