Tableau Cloud - Enabled Pulse and AI trial, neither options are available on our Cloud site or Desktop version. Why can't we access them? AI agent is disabled on Desktop.

I enabled Pulse and Tableau AI on our site.  The Tableau AI agent icon is disabled and I cannot locate Pulse.
