Hi @Ashok Sengottuvelu - I would recommend starting with the Agentforce learning modules on Trailhead, then building a small agent yourself. Focus first on Agentforce basics, topics/actions, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud/RAG, and then move into more advanced areas like Agent API and MCP.
A good approach is learn one concept, then build something with it. Salesforce’s hands-on Trailhead projects are especially useful for this.
