My team is looking for more detailed data on Cloud Page activity. If we send a marketing cloud email with a link to a cloud page, then someone clicks that link to the cloud page, and fills out a form embedded on the cloud page, or doesn't fill out the form, or does something else... essentially they want to see what someone does after they get to a cloud page and build out some triggers based on an action (or lack of action).
As far as I know, the analytics are limited. How can we get this level of information on a contact? Would GA4 be involved?
Hi @Lindsay Stille,
For this use case, I would recommend Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) if the goal is not just to track CloudPage activity but to trigger actions based on a contact’s behavior. With MCP, we can track activities such as page visits, CTA clicks, form starts/submissions, and users who visit but don't complete a form. These behaviors can then be used for segmentation and real-time activation.
Thank you
