I would like to request an extension for my Salesforce Developer Org, which is about to expire in 30 days.

- Reason for extension: I need continued access for ongoing development, testing, or learning purposes.
Could you please extend my org by one year? Thank you for your help!

Posting here won't help. You will have to raise a case with Salesforce support. Even then they may or may not extend a Dev org since you can always spin-up a new one. Give it a shot though!
