My Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification recently expired because I missed the maintenance deadline. I did not receive the maintenance notification email prior to expiration. I would like to request reinstatement of my certification and permission to complete the missed maintenance requirement.
I am unable to submit a support case through the Trailhead Help portal because the "Contact Support" or "Create a Case" options do not appear for me. Could someone from the support team please assist me with this issue or advise on how I can proceed?

Since your Salesforce Certification expired, you can’t be sure that Salesforce will reactivate it.
I would recommend asking to your Partner Account Manager to open a Salesforce Help support case and for you to request a reinstatement review. Salesforce reviews these requests on a case-by-case basis, so reinstatement is not guaranteed.
If Salesforce cannot reinstate it, the standard option is to retake the certification exam.
