I am trying to deploy picklist value My Picklist Value
from Dev org to QA environment but getting error in Jenkins validation:
CustomObject Activity Error parsing file: Element {
http://soap.sforce.com/2006/04/metadata}fullName invalid at this location in type ValueSetValuesDefinition (35614:27) 35614:27[RecordType Activity.MyRecordType] Picklist value: A %2F B in picklist: My_Field__c not found
A / B is new value. In my PR the field is there and the field My_Field__c
also have the new value.
Does anyone have any idea?

There was another field in PR My_Field_2__c that field had one </value> tag missing. But Salesforce was not giving issue in that field. Salesforce was giving issue in Activity MDAPI file(created temporarity) during deployment and pointing out to wrong field. We made fix in My_Field_2__c and build ran successfully.
