We see you're using the Agentforce org from the quick start. But it's not prepared for agent deployment into Slack. Complete the steps from the quick start to ensure you can set up the agent.

I have done twice the whole process of confirming to get the Org with the Product Management Agentforce agent. 

Create a new Slack sandbox workspace, connected it to my fresh new Org, everything is connected. I do see my agentforce within Slack and I'm still facing this error message:
