Loading Person account data

Just asking, I did a test data load of Person account data using Data Import Wizard and it only created Contacts. Should I rather use DataLoader.io

How to open dev console, see video. Once opened follow below steps to execute the code
1) Click Debug. | Open Execute Anonymous Window or CTRL+E.2) In the Enter Apex Code window, call the method with the name of the class if method is static3) Click Execute
