Hi @Prasanna Achar, Marking a Survey as a Template is mainly for reusability and standardization. A survey template acts as a master survey design that can be used as the starting point for creating new surveys with the same structure, questions, branding, and settings.

Please have a look on the below points,

    •  There is no separate standard object called SurveyTemplate. The template flag is stored on the Survey record itself.
    •  When a survey is marked as a template, it is intended to serve as a base for creating other surveys rather than being distributed directly to respondents.
    •  Administrators or survey creators can use the template from the Survey Builder when creating new surveys, instead of rebuilding the same questionnaire from scratch.
    •  While you can clone any survey manually, templates provide a governed and reusable survey design for teams that create multiple similar surveys (e.g., Customer Satisfaction, Event Feedback, Partner Feedback, etc.).

In a short way, a Survey Template is a reusable blueprint for creating new surveys consistently across the organization, rather than a separate object or feature that appears elsewhere in Salesforce.

    Hope it works.
