When creating a new Forecast type referencing the Opportunity object I am not seeing lookup fields such as Region or Practice. How do I add these? Please let me know if more information is needed. Thank you, Nancy

I believe we need to be able to provide separate forecast number per Region/Practice assigned to the Opportunity record. Currently region/practice are lookup fields to Region and Practice objects.
