Agentforce could be a solution for this, but the Level of effort to write the prompts in a manner and testing it to get it right may or may NOT be worth the effort. AI is nondeterministic, so you could get a different outcome every time you run the same prompt. You can reach out to your AE and get Salesforce Foundations to at least try it out. But the more important question is - why? do you not like the report builder interface or is it too time-consuming to build those reports, you're not always sure what objects to include, etc.? (I'm assuming you're referring to the analytics reports & dashboards, not like grantee reporting for funders).
