I am dealing with some event syncing issues from Outlook to Salesforce. We have Einstein Activity Capture enabled. We don't have many people in the configuration though. So half the sales team-- their events are in salesforce no problem. The other half, a few of their events get populated into Salesforce, but most of their events don't. I just don't understand the disconnect. Everyone does have the same permission set/einstein activity capture permission. Their events are not private.      Event recently, a user's events were not syncing to Salesforce. I gave him a permission set. It started working. I then made sure everyone had that permission set, and people's meetings still weren't syncing.
