Subject: Request to Reschedule My Salesforce PD-1 Exam or Issue a New Voucher 

 

Hi Team, 

 

My Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD-1) certification exam was scheduled on 30th October 2025 at 4:15 PM IST. 

 

During the test, due to rainfall and lighting issues, my camera feed became unclear, and the proctor was unable to properly view my room. As a result, the proctor ended the exam session. 

 

I kindly request you to reschedule my exam or issue a new voucher so that I can complete the certification successfully. 

 

Please update me on the status of my case at your earliest convenience.

    I have also raised the ticket. This is the response from the Salesforce team. Due to a power cut i am not able to complete my exam 

     

    * Inclement weather that prevents travel to a testing location 

    * Death in the immediate family 

    * Hospitalization or serious illness (with supporting medical documentation) 

     

    As per new exam policy
