Create Lightening Record Page Hiccup

I am working on the "Create Lightening Record Page" and am having a hiccup at the below steps, which are 7 and 8, respectively:  

1. Click the Details tab on the canvas, then click the Record Detail component (where the fields are).
2. There are all the fields for the Energy Audit object. But they’re all in one non-customizable block. With the click of one button, we can change that.
3. In the properties pane, click Upgrade Now to start the Dynamic Forms migration wizard.

Unfortunately, I do not have the "Record Detail component" in my fields. Where the provided graphic shows this menu item, there is simply nothing.
