Sometimes I am receiving whatsapp messages and sometimes are not getting... Please let us know the reasons why messages are not receiving.

Hi @Malarkodi Arunkumar - Did you setup enhanced messging using messaging feature? Can you share more insights on error as well? If time out is happening in certain intervals then it would be linked to session settings set for the profile. Need more info to troubleshoot better here
