With the recent announcement that Salesforce will start making some changes to uninstalled connected apps. I am looking for some guidance and resources on how to proceed.
I want to preface my questions, by stating something up front, I was not even aware this was a "thing" until I heard about the "fake dataloader" issue and the reports coming out from that.

A number of them appear to be SF related like AppExchange, Salesforce Developers, SF help, User groups SF for Android, trailblazer and some others. There is also one called "Community", it doesn't look like anyone has used that since 2018.
Should I install those SF connected apps and for the others, any suggestions on what permissions I should set? Refresh Token Policy, Timeout Values and more...I am just looking for guidance, as some of this is a bit over my head. I mean I do "understand" it, but I don't completely "understand" it...
