My Platform Developer I exam on 17/09/2025 at 6 PM never started despite following chat support instructions, now shows code expired and Failed; please review my status and help me reschedule without penalty.

I am having my Salesforce Platform developer exam at 17/09/2025 at 6pm , I started the exam on time but exam is not started so i contacted chat support they asked me to restart my exam and i restarted my exam 2, 3 times still exam not started and they again asked me to restart my laptop but when i try to launch its showing my code is expired, But when i see result is failed, i did not even start the exam.  I have already submitted a case regarding this issue but have not received any response despite follow-ups. I kindly request your urgent assistance to review my exam status and help me reschedule the exam

 without penalty.
