I contacted support looking for confirmation of custom fields on standard objects as listed in the HC Dev Guide here: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.health_cloud_object_reference.meta/health_cloud_object_reference/object_ref_overview.htm
I was told the custom fields listed are not in Core, and there is no existing documentation that covers what is available in Core. How am I supposed to configure my client's org if there is no existing documentation?

I understand the changes, but I want to clarify that developer orgs don't show what my clients are being provisioned. This has been my primary concern from the start, so I appreciate your effort; however, what you're suggesting doesn't address my current situation.
