Hi, Can anyone advise on this error regarding a word.docx, and why it could be reoccurring? This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. Error in $A.getCallback() [Failed to execute 'atob' on 'Window': The string to be decoded contains characters outside of the Latin1 range.] Failing descriptor: {markup://clients:attachmentsManager} (First opened Salesforce only about a month ago, so spending a lot of time on Trailhead to get myself up to admin speed!)

If you are using new Outlook, Try the same in Outlook Classic version.
