I was appearing the PD1 Exam on 21/06/2025 at 5 PM IST. After Completing 2 Question one message was show that  

You're being directed to a customer support.....

When I came back to launch the exam its show me that your exam is in progress and when i hover to below the launch button its show that Suspended - Please utilize our live chat support service

. which I did that but got no response.  

I created the case on salesforce support with case Id: #470808453

#Issue In Salesforce Exam
