Control Access to Objects

I am working through Control Access to Objects but I can't figure out how to assign a profile. I am stuck on step 9 as I do not see a drop-down under "Profile". Can anyone assist? 

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select User Management Settings.
2. Enable Enhanced Profile User Interface.
3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Profiles.
4. Click Clone next to a profile similar to the one you want to create.
5. Give your new profile a name, and click Save.
6. Edit the profile’s default settings as required, and click Save.
7. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Users.
8. Click Edit next to the user that you want to assign the profile to.
9. In the Profile dropdown, select the profile that you just set up.
10. Click Save.
