My experience includes Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI-based Salesforce features like Einstein and Agentforce. I have worked extensively on functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, system testing, and UAT support.
I also have strong experience in API testing using Postman and SoapUI, database testing using SQL, and ETL testing using tools like Informatica. For automation, I have worked with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber frameworks. I have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD tools like Git and CircleCI, along with defect management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and QMetry.

I also have exposure to Salesforce AI features including Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, and generative AI validation testing.
I have led a QA team of 4 members and have strong experience in test strategy, requirement analysis, risk-based testing, and ensuring high-quality releases in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
