Create an opportunity report for all opportunity greater than one lakh rupees where minimum 2-activities done in last 10-days. Here how can i access activity count in formula?

Unfortunately you cannot do that with a Report Filter, you would need to create a custom field on the Opportunity that is updated by a Flow or Custom code and then use the custom field in your Report Filter
