When trying to complete the first challenge, I cannot upload the code of conduct:
I did NOT change the name, type or anything from the original file, but everytime, I get the same error.
Did someone face the same issue?

I managed to do it, I believe it is some antivirus security block or some Windows configuration, my suggestion is to try it on another computer.
It is not something related to the org.
