Posting regarding the current Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) product, specifically not NPSP. Our org has Person Accounts enabled and is on Spring '25 / API v63.0.
We are trying to implement householding using the standard NPC model with Party Relationship Groups (PRGs).
What Works:
- We successfully used the "New Group" flow/button (found under Setup -> Financial Services -> Group Memberships and Households).
- This flow created the PRG record and automatically created a linked Business Account record to act as the PRG's anchor (as expected for this flow).
- We were able to add Person Account members successfully within the "New Group" flow interface.
- We are testing as System Admins and have assigned both the required "Group Membership" Permission Set License and the "Group Membership" Permission Set.
The Core Problem: Despite the flow adding members, we cannot see or manage these Person Account members on the resulting Party Relationship Group record page. The required related list (which we expect to be named "Group Members" or be related to the PartyRelationshipGroupMember object) is completely unavailable when we try to configure the PartyRelationshipGroup page layout:
- In the Lightning App Builder, the correct list is MISSING from the Related List dropdown options when configuring the "Related List - Single" component.
- In the classic Page Layout editor, the correct related list is also MISSING from the palette of available related lists.
(Essentially, we cannot add the component needed to view/manage the household members linked to the PRG).
Troubleshooting Done:
- Confirmed Admin user, Perm Set/License assigned.
- Confirmed no obvious custom Rules, Flows, Triggers, or Button Overrides on the PRG object itself.
- Confirmed standard NPC Guided Setup for Group Membership seems complete (though the "Define Roles" step pointed confusingly to ACR).
My Question for NPC Users: Has anyone using NPC with Person Accounts encountered this specific issue where the "Group Members" related list component is unavailable in the UI builders? Is there a known fix, a different related list name we should look for in recent NPC versions, or a setup step beyond assigning the "Group Membership" perm set that's required to make this UI component available?
Any insights specific to the current Nonprofit Cloud product would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. - 'New' vs. 'New Group' Button Query: We also noticed a distinction between using the standard object 'New' button on Party Relationship Group versus the specific 'New Group' flow/button mentioned in the guided setup (Setup -> Financial Services -> Group Memberships and Households).

! You're spot-on that I'm more familiar with Service Cloud than the new Nonprofit Cloud data model.
My three questions were indeed aimed at ruling out common page layout, object, and field-level security issues. I appreciate you ensuring we stick to human-generated troubleshooting.
