The Rate Limit Starts after the 7th Channel has processed. I've Tried looking up by Channel Names & IDs & Issue continues.
Error For Reference: "Error fetching channels: ratelimited"

when you create your WebClient instance, pass in a retry error handler from
https://github.com/slackapi/python-slack-sdk/blob/main/slack_sdk/http_retry/builtin_handlers.py
this will automatically handle rate limiting for you and retry any failed request x number of times
