Hey Veronica, I did the same and still nothing, I thought it was only me but it seems to be a system error!

Hello,
- recheck all the steps one
- try to clear browser cookies and cache ,refresh the page or try with different browser
- try to relaunch the playground
- make sure all previous unit and prerequisite completed in the same org
- If not working, then try in new fresh org, it might be the existing record causing the issues in your org.
