Hi,

When I go into Journey Builder to look at email performance I am seeing different number on clicks under Email Performance and Click Activity.

For example, Email A under Email Performance tells me I have 40 clicks in total with 17 being unique. When I go to click activity and see each URL in the email and manually count Total Clicks and Unique Clicks I get 40 Total Clicks BUT 28 unique clicks.

I compared this to another email journey where it had similar issues.

Both journeys have a single version and the journey hasn't been altered since launch.

The difference in numbers impact the performance tracking quite heavily when I start looking at the journey as a whole.

Why is this happening, and which CTR should I use a source of truth?

Thanks ahead of time.

    Hi, @Rhys Griffiths

I was also curious about this and conducted some research. Based on my findings, I believe the discrepancy might be due to the fact that "Email Performance" is displayed in your account's timezone, while "Click Activity" is shown in CST. Which metric to use ultimately depends on your preference, but generally, it seems better to rely on "Email Performance" since it is displayed in the timezone of your country.
