I created a new playground, followed all the steps multiple times, and I'm still getting the same error. I made sure Ada does exist and the account is active. So why am I getting this error and how do I fix it?
We can't find the user named 'Ada Balewa' with the profile 'Custom: Support Profile'.

- Make sure you don't have duplicate user Ada
- try to switch First name >< Last name
- make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org
