I can't perform the Escalation Rule Test, From the Record Type of new record picklist, ensure "Product Support", I can't select Product Support when creating the rule. I've already looked for answers in questions that other people have asked but none of them give me a solution. I've already tried the entire Badge several times but I can't pass this test.

I created a new playground from the beginning, and apparently the problem was in the creation of the picklist values. I thank everyone for their help, and I hope you are well.
