"Password was last changed on XX/XX/XXXX" - Reflects when user last accessed the "change your password" screen, not when you l

Does anyone know how to fix this OOB issue? The Date/Time Stamp appears to refer to when the user last accessed the page and not when the last password was actually changed? Is there a way to actually get it to update the Date/Time Stamp so that it reflects when the password was actually last changed?
